Class 1-2 medical forms Each Scout is required to have one of these forms for summer camp. It would be good to have one for all other activities as well. Good for 3 years.	Class 3 medical form This is for adults over 40 and boys that are going to do high adventure. This is good for only one year.
Pack inspection sheet This is what is needed to go camping.	Orange District Eagle Board web site. This has great information for all potential Eagles.
Merit Badge Counselor information This is the form used by all merit badge counselors to register as a counselor.	Unit Advancement Report This form is used for both rank and merit badge completions.
Menu suggestions This is a list of suggestions that menus can be made from.	Philmont cookbook A great cookbook to be used in planning outings.
Local tour permit This permit is required if we go anywhere outside of Orange County. The only exception is if we go to Camp Durant or Reeves or Campbell.	National Tour Permit This permit is required if we go anywhere over 500 miles.
